I agree that it is a condition of my enrolment that I achieve satisfactory academic progress throughout my course at a rate that will enable me to complete the course in the nominated duration.
I agree that I am required to use my best endeavours to meet the requirements of the course selected and to abide by the rules and regulations of Wilson Medic One. I understand that if I breach any of Wilson Medic One rules or my behaviour is deemed unacceptable by Wilson Medic One, my enrolment may be cancelled and I may not be entitled to any refund of the tuition fees or other charges paid to Wilson Medic One under the Contract as applicable at that time. I agree that all lessons and any related material supplied by Wilson Medic One are secured by copyright, and remain the property of Wilson Medic One. I understand that any unauthorised copying may constitute a breach of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) (as amended from time to time).
I agree to advise Wilson Medic One of any change of my address and/or contact details while I am enrolled in any course.
Wilson Medic One maintains a Privacy Policy which can be viewed at www.wilsonmedicone.com.au. In addition to the provisions of this policy, I authorise Wilson Medic One to release administrative information concerning my performance at Wilson Medic One (including academic progress and attendance information) to any person who may lawfully require that information, as well as parents/guardians, agents and potential employers. If I do not agree, I must advise Wilson Medic One in writing.
I understand that should a new version of the qualification be endorsed and released by the relevant authorities, the RTO must manage the transition of its students to the new version in accordance with the Australian Skills Quality Authority’s directions and that this circumstance does not constitute a default by the RTO.

I understand that my qualification may consist of many units and if I am unable to attend an associated unit as part of my enrolment, I must inform Wilson Medic One at least 2 weeks prior to the unit start date to request a transfer.
I understand that if I do not inform Wilson Medic One at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled unit start date and/or I do not attend that I am obligated to pay an administration fee.
I understand that if any fees are not paid by the invoice due date, Wilson Medic One may charge a late payment fee. If Wilson Medic One deems it necessary to engage a debt collection agency to collect the outstanding amount, all costs associated with debt recovery will be added onto the outstanding debt.
I understand that by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and through the provision of Wilson Medic One complaints and appeals process, this does not remove my right to act under Australia’s consumer protection laws.
I understand that I must adhere to the policies outlined in the Patient Confidentiality Policy by the Government of Western Australia Department of Health in conjunction with the Health Services Act 2016, Health Services (Information Sharing) Regulations 2016 and the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (WA) 2010. Failure to comply with this policy may amount to a breach of duties of confidentiality imposed by common law, equity, statute and/ or professional codes of conduct. I agree to advise Wilson Medic One of any change of my address and/or contact details while I am enrolled in any course.
Wilson Medic One maintains a Privacy Policy which can be viewed at www.wilsonmedicone.com.au. In addition to the provisions of this policy, I authorise Wilson Medic One to release administrative information concerning my performance at Wilson Medic One (including academic progress and attendance information) to any person who may lawfully require that information, as well as parents/guardians, agents and potential employers. If I do not agree, I must advise Wilson Medic One in writing.
I understand that should a new version of the qualification be endorsed and released by the relevant authorities, the RTO must manage the transition of its students to the new version in accordance with the Australian Skills Quality Authority’s directions and that this circumstance does not constitute a default by the RTO.

I understand that the course fees not refundable after the 10-day provisional enrolment period has elapsed. (An enrolment is provisional for 10 days, allowing Wilson Medic One time to request additional information and for a student to access their course and ensure that the course meets their requirements.) I understand that my qualification may consist of many units and if I am unable to attend an associated unit as part of my enrolment, I must inform Wilson Medic One at least 2 weeks prior to the unit start date to request a transfer.
I understand that if I do not inform Wilson Medic One at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled unit start date and/or I do not attend that I am obligated to pay an administration fee.
I understand that if any fees are not paid by the invoice due date, Wilson Medic One may charge a late payment fee. If Wilson Medic One deems it necessary to engage a debt collection agency to collect the outstanding amount, all costs associated with debt recovery will be added onto the outstanding debt.
I understand that by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and through the provision of Wilson Medic One complaints and appeals process, this does not remove my right to act under Australia’s consumer protection laws.
I understand that I must adhere to the policies outlined in the Patient Confidentiality Policy by the Government of Western Australia Department of Health in conjunction with the Health Services Act 2016, Health Services (Information Sharing) Regulations 2016 and the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (WA) 2010. I agree that it is a condition of my enrolment that I achieve satisfactory academic progress throughout my course at a rate that will enable me to complete the course in the nominated duration.
I agree that I am required to use my best endeavours to meet the requirements of the course selected and to abide by the rules and regulations of Wilson Medic One. I understand that if I breach any of Wilson Medic One rules or my behaviour is deemed unacceptable by Wilson Medic One, my enrolment may be cancelled and I may not be entitled to any refund of the tuition fees or other charges paid to Wilson Medic One under the Contract as applicable at that time. I agree that all lessons and any related material supplied by Wilson Medic One are secured by copyright, and remain the property of Wilson Medic One. I understand that any unauthorised copying may constitute a breach of the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) (as amended from time to time).
I agree to advise Wilson Medic One of any change of my address and/or contact details while I am enrolled in any course.
Wilson Medic One maintains a Privacy Policy which can be viewed at www.wilsonmedicone.com.au. In addition to the provisions of this policy, I authorise Wilson Medic One to release administrative information concerning my performance at Wilson Medic One (including academic progress and attendance information) to any person who may lawfully require that information, as well as parents/guardians, agents and potential employers. If I do not agree, I must advise Wilson Medic One in writing.
I understand that should a new version of the qualification be endorsed and released by the relevant authorities, the RTO must manage the transition of its students to the new version in accordance with the Australian Skills Quality Authority’s directions and that this circumstance does not constitute a default by the RTO.

I understand that the course fees not refundable after the 10-day provisional enrolment period has elapsed. (An enrolment is provisional for 10 days, allowing Wilson Medic One time to request additional information and for a student to access their course and ensure that the course meets their requirements.) I understand that my qualification may consist of many units and if I am unable to attend an associated unit as part of my enrolment, I must inform Wilson Medic One at least 2 weeks prior to the unit start date to request a transfer.
I understand that if I do not inform Wilson Medic One at least 2 weeks prior to the scheduled unit start date and/or I do not attend that I am obligated to pay an administration fee.
I understand that if any fees are not paid by the invoice due date, Wilson Medic One may charge a late payment fee. If Wilson Medic One deems it necessary to engage a debt collection agency to collect the outstanding amount, all costs associated with debt recovery will be added onto the outstanding debt.
I understand that by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and through the provision of Wilson Medic One complaints and appeals process, this does not remove my right to act under Australia’s consumer protection laws.
I understand that I must adhere to the policies outlined in the Patient Confidentiality Policy by the Government of Western Australia Department of Health in conjunction with the Health Services Act 2016, Health Services (Information Sharing) Regulations 2016 and the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (WA) 2010. Failure to comply with this policy may amount to a breach of duties of confidentiality imposed by common law, equity, statute and/ or professional codes of conduct. Why we collect your personal information

As a registered training organisation (RTO), we collect your personal information so we can process and manage your enrolment in a vocational education and training (VET) course with us.

Failure to provide your personal information may mean that it is not possible for you to enrol in VET and/or to obtain a Victorian Government VET subsidy.

How we use your personal information

We use your personal information to enable us to deliver VET courses to you, and otherwise, as needed, to comply with our obligations as an RTO.

How we disclose your personal information

We are required by law (under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cth) (NVETR Act)) to disclose the personal information we collect about you to the National VET Data Collection kept by the National Centre for Vocational Education Research Ltd (NCVER). The NCVER is responsible for collecting, managing, analysing and communicating research and statistics about the Australian VET sector.

We are also authorised by law (under the NVETR Act) to disclose your personal information to the relevant state or territory training authority.

How the NCVER and other bodies handle your personal information

The NCVER will collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the law, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the NVETR Act. Your personal information may be used and disclosed by NCVER for purposes that include populating authenticated VET transcripts; administration of VET; facilitation of statistics and research relating to education, including surveys and data linkage; and understanding the VET market.

The NCVER is authorised to disclose information to the Australian Government Department of Education, Skills and Employment (DESE), Commonwealth authorities, State and Territory authorities (other than registered training organisations) that deal with matters relating to VET and VET regulators for the purposes of those bodies, including to enable:

administration of VET, including program administration, regulation, monitoring and evaluation
facilitation of statistics and research relating to education, including surveys and data linkage
understanding how the VET market operates, for policy, workforce planning and consumer information.

The NCVER may also disclose personal information to persons engaged by NCVER to conduct research on NCVER’s behalf.

The NCVER does not intend to disclose your personal information to any overseas recipients.
