Wilson Medic One provides a "hands on" maintenance programme to keep the skills and knowledge acquired in the HLT41120 Certificate IV Health Care and HLT51020 Diploma of Emergency Health Care up to date. Given the critical nature of pre hospital care it is vital to refresh these skills and retain the underpinned knowledge which do weaken with time, through structured refresher training on regular basis.
