HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid course provides you with the practical skills and knowledge required to recognise and respond to life-threatening emergencies, managing the incident and casualties in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines, until the arrival of medical or other assistance.

HLTAID015 Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy
 qualification is suitable for those who may be required to use specialised equipment, including oxygen therapy to provide resuscitation in an emergency pre-hospital situation, including community and workplace settings.

Pre-requisite for Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy is a copy of a current HLTAID011 Provide first aid certificate.

HLTSS00068 Occupational First Aid Skill Set

This course is suitable for students who need the skills to manage a medical emergency before the arrival of an ambulance or medical response unit.  It provides the skills and knowledge required to provide advanced first aid response, resuscitation techniques, and life support along with the management of casualty, the incident and other first aiders. This programme provides a set of skills to establish, maintain and facilitate the provision of appropriate first aid in a workplace environment and especially suitable to those who are the nominated first aid provider at their workplace.
 

HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation course prepares you with the skills and knowledge required to respond in a life-threatening breathing and cardiac emergency. The course is aligned with the Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines along with meeting the requirements of Safe Work Australia Code of Practice for First Aid.

Provide First Aid in Remote or Isolated Site course is ideal for those who may be required to prepare for and provide a first aid response in locations beyond the reach of timely medical assistance. The course provides you with various skills specific to working in remote situations such as monitoring casualties over an extended period of time.
This training is only available for private groups at this time.
